WiController Config Templates Rescan no result


Recently some customer feedback that there is some problem applying the settings to the radios by WiController. 

The specific phenomenon is that WiController can't find the radio after finishing the AP templates. While clicking the Rescan button there is no radio discovered. 

We've already found the problem is mostly happen to some radios shipped before 2014, June. The solution is that users need a scripts to change some info on the radio then it would be available to be applied settings.
